To pay online using PayPal you will need to first login to your PayPal account. Click the Send/Request button near the top of the page. Enter @fitstresurer in the Name, username, etc field and click Next. Enter $25.00 for the amount and click Send. Lastly choose For Friends and Family as the Payment Type and click Continue.
