It was sort of hard to keep track of all the planes coming and going, but I think we had ten participants in the first game last night. It was five Camels against four Fokker DVII (185)’s and a lone Pfalz DXII. The Fokkers ganged up on one lone Camel on turn one but after that it was a free-for-all. For many of us, the clouds a couple thousand feet below provided some well needed cover when we were smoking with two jammed guns. After four turns of intense flying, the furball broke up and everyone went home licking their wounds.
There was a second game starting up right after the first, but I’m not aware of the details of that one.
