Hi All,
I signed on and played online Dawn Patrol for the first time last night. There were only three of us, so it was an unofficial game, but it allowed us to test out Mark’s new “home” for online FITS, Roll20. I thought it went quite well. A bit slower than face to face (well, not slower than playing with Barber), but overall I thought it worked well. A couple of minor kinks to work out, but I had fun and will definitely play again.
I want to thank Mark and John for being patient with me, too. Last night was the first time I’ve played since 2006! It was a bit like riding a bike, but I’m sure I could have played better, and faster. One thing was kind of sad — after 8 years I still remembered all of the stats for the Fokker Dr.I. I guess there are some things you never forget.
