Did you guys run a test? If you haven’t yet, let me know when you plan it. If I have time, I’ll install the new version of Vassal on my new computer and see how it works.
Mr. Carr emailed me this week and is interested in getting VDP up and running in earnest for 2010… should we set up a ‘play date’ to test the new module?
My first choice would be a tuesday night within the next two weeks – also – I know I will not make it if it is a Fri/Sat/or Sun

Tuesday night is our normal FTF gaming night, so I probably would not be available that night for testing, but once we are up and running I bet our group would be willing to play in an online match!

I should be available tonight at about 8pm central (maybe a few minutes after if the kids are slow to fall asleep).
I will upgrade my Vassal and we can try a quick play test if you are available.
I jumped online last night and loaded both the v1.2 and v1.3 modules and both look to be working. v1.2 is the version I have available for download at the Vassal site, v1.3 is a test version we passed around with added aircraft and some other enhancements. Make sure that if you get a game going with new players, that everyone has the same module version.
I think Kevan was working on aircraft additions and we were going to release a v1.4, bit RL smacked both of us down before we got that one put together.
Anyhow, hope to see you all in a game very soon.
