Game #9 is winding down, & #8 might end in 2012… so lets get 10 started?
I would prefer to play in this one instead of being moderator, so if someone would like to moderate please say so, otherwise I will of course be happy to do it again.
I will be the first to sign up though! Who else is in for game #10?
FYI- I will suggest to whomever does run the show, that in the interest of keeping the game moving, we implement the ’48 hour’ move rule we used in game #9.
I’m in also but will be out of town till Aug 3rd. If it will help I am more than willing to move last in turn one:P

I too would like to sign up. I haven’t played in about two decades and will need help. I have emailed with Bolog about rules and he said just sign up and tell everybody I am new and you guys would help me along, so here I am.

WillWelcome Will! Glad to have you on board, and yes you are more than welcome to join us! I would suggest a ‘refresher course’ on VASSAL, and we can walk you through how the e-games work. Let us know what times work well for you and one of us should be able to meet online & give you a tutorial.
I am moving the email discussion to the forum – it sounds like lots want to play, no one really keen on moderating so I will run this game too… I am accepting players & ideas on what type of mission & which side you prefer…but ONLY on the website!!
So please drop a line here if you would like to play, I will probably roll up the game this weekend.

…I am going to roll up sides & such this weekend, but for a sneak preview, we will be flying a historical bombing mission – battle of Le Hamel July 4th 1918…
Sounds like you may have already got things started, but if things don’t get rolling until later this week, I wouldn’t mind playing. However, I’m taking off on my honeymoon right away and won’t return until next Sunday. If the game has already started, I’ll sit this one out.
My temporary hiatus from active play should be over in August – it’s been a couple of crazy months around here, but things are slowing down.
OK Looks like we have 10! I sent out a preliminary email today with the sides, the mission & the AC involved – please let me know if you did NOT receive it.
If you would please discuss with your teammates who will fly what, pick pilots, then report back to me. John H. & Kevan are obviously out of town, so this step will probably not be completed until next week, but I thought I would get it out there so we could get started.
Sweet! I better finish recording my pilot logs to my pilot list so I don’t have to take up another rookie. The site of 5 enemy planes might make a rook lose his lunch :X
