Details: ENWorld Chicago Gameday is a day of free RPG (and other) gaming held three times a year at Games Plus, in Mt. Prospect, IL. ENWorld Chicago Gameday is all about getting people together to enjoy RPGs, wargames, board games, painting miniatures, and general gaming goodness.

Chicago Gameday is hosted at Games Plus in Mt. Prospect, IL. Gamedays last from 9:30am until Games Plus’s closing time. The day is divided into two slots, with 5-8 events per slot. ENWorld Chicago Gameday is a day of FREE gaming held three times a year. It is one of many Gamedays around the world inspired by the ENWorld community. Anyone interested in gaming is encouraged to come spend a day playing RPGs, miniature wargames, CCGs, and other games.

Dawn Patrol will be run in both the AM and PM slots this particular gameday. At this time, the most accurate information will be found on Facebook, search for ENWorld Chicago Gameday for more information. Event planning will begin on September 9th (Dawn Patrol is already locked in for this event), and player registration for events begins on October 7th. Registration is done on the ENWorld.org website, but Dawn Patrol players may just post to the Dawn Patrol forum under Game Hosting Discussion. A thread for this event is already started. I believe the Twin Cities Con will be held the week after, on October 26th. Though that should be confirmed by Carl or John of course.

That would be terrific Morgan! And I’m not just saying that because your pilots are prone to take pilot hits from me either, lol.

Since it appears that we will be having a decent turnout, I will now add to the experience: PRIZE SUPPORT!!!

Since the day is broken into two sessions, lets have prizes for highest score in the AM and PM scheduled events. I am sure we will play other games in both the AM and PM BESIDES the scheduled events (random pickup games), but two games will be announced as scored. Winner gets a prize for their efforts.

This went very well, Thanks Mark for organizing this. We had 3 missions and the biggest turnout of any event there. Even had much of the Illinois old guard there( JQ, JB and Mac) And some of our old friends from Indiana.
