    DECEMBER 1916

    Andrew and John B. are on patrol in their trusty Fokker Eindeckers when they encounter 2 Sopwith 1 1/2 Strutters (John H & Kurt) on a Photo Recon mission over the front. The Brits immediately strayed from the mission and attacked. A slowly twisting battle ensued, with damage being dished out surprisingly well by all the one gun wonders.
    A few turns into the battle J.H. began to trail smoke, and like sharks to blood the Fokkers tried to pounce…but Andrew hit for NO damage (jammed gun) & the hapless monoplanes just could not keep up with the Sopwiths, whose observers made funny faces at the Germans as they easily flew away…
    BOTH Allies completed their mission and racked up some good points, so the score after three missions stands at GERMANS 165, BRITS 129.
