I think I might do a special write-up for the aerodrome about this one, but would like to report the MN squadron was able to fly a mission tonight!
We had three generations of the Priest clan at the table for the evening, which was special for Carl & myself !!
A Sept. 1917 mission that featured John B and Scott in Sopwith Pups defending against a contact patrol by Andy Priest in a D.F.W. CV with his grandfather Jim Priest flying his first ever mission as the observer. Carl provided escort in an Alb DIII.
