Welcome to the site! Unfortunately per copyright issues there is not a digital copy of the rulebook available. If you have any specific rule questions though, there are plenty of players here that are always happy to answer questions!
We play online as well via the VASSAL game engine, so you would be welcome to join us there to learn the basics!
