I am close to wrapping up a deal with a local game store to use their facility for much less than hotels are offering meeting room space. The store is 5-10min. from the Mall of America, that being said, there about 15-20 hotels in that immediate area, so depending on what type of accomdation you would like, you can get a 2 star for about $40 a night, or a 4 star for $70-90. The store is on Cedar and 41st Ave in Minneapolis, MOA is on 70th & Cedar, so anything around 494 & Cedar – MOA & Airport should be fine.
